- Which shipments can I track here?
- This tool tracks shipments booked through GoorooShip with UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, or Canpar. Enter the tracking number to see the latest update the carrier has made available. How often that updates depends on the carrier.
- Can I track a package I didn't ship with GoorooShip?
- No. A tracking number from a shipment booked outside GoorooShip won't be found in this tool. Use the carrier's own tracking page for those shipments.
- Where do I find my tracking number?
- Your tracking number is printed on the shipping label. On a UPS label it is the code that starts with 1Z, near the top.
- Why does my tracking number show no update?
- Carriers usually publish tracking updates only after they first scan the package, so a label you just created may show nothing until pickup or drop-off. If the number is still not found after the carrier has the package, check that you typed it correctly, then contact the GoorooShip team with your tracking number.
- Can I get delivery alerts or save my tracking numbers?
- Yes. With a free GoorooShip account you can save tracking numbers and get delivery alerts.
- Who do I contact if my package looks delayed or lost?
- Check the latest update on this page first. If the shipment has not moved or the status looks wrong, contact GoorooShip with your tracking number and the team will help you follow up with the carrier.
