How to change your email address after registration
Sign in to your GoorooShip account, open Customer info, update your email address, and confirm the change from the activation email GoorooShip sends to your new address.
Steps
- Sign in to your GoorooShip account
- Select Customer info
- Update the email address field and select Save
- Check the inbox for your new email address and select the link in the activation email to confirm the change
Your account keeps using your previous email address until you confirm the change from the new one.
Frequently asked questions
Will I lose access to my account while I change my email address?
No. Your account keeps working normally with your current email address until you confirm the change by clicking the link in the activation email sent to your new address.
What if I don't receive the activation email at my new address?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, confirm you typed the new address correctly in Customer info, then try saving the change again.
